The project proposal specifies the price of each stage, the total contract amount including applicable taxes, the scope, deliverables and schedule. It is presented to you before any payment.
50% of the total contract amount after both parties approve the contract.
50% once the initial outputs are ready and before their delivery.
The total includes the first stage, Confirmation and the first Review. No additional payment is requested for Confirmation later. Any subsequent Review is optional, and its fee is agreed before it begins.
We bear the cost of correcting errors and redoing work within that scope. Any additional work outside it requires a written agreement before it is carried out.
Payment before the first delivery does not end our obligation to complete the agreed stages. Both parties retain an identical copy of the contract, which may only be amended with their agreement.
