01The Foundation
DUJEXA’s foundation developed from practical experience in examining inputs and the validity of results, tracing the causes of problems, and distinguishing between addressing a problem’s effects and addressing what causes it to recur.
It included managing operations in which resources, operating capacity, quality and delivery requirements interact, and addressing how overlapping authority and interests affect decisions. It also included building systems that organise procedures and the flow of information, and address the details at which work stalls between one step and the next.
This understanding was translated into AI workflows through applied study of instruction writing, how information moves from inputs to outputs, and how rules guide the work.
02Accuracy
Information that affects decisions, its sources and related calculations are reviewed. This includes reviewing the consistency of information, meaning and degree of certainty across Arabic, English and related documents.
Information, inferences and assumptions remain clearly distinguished where they appear. The strength of a statement matches the strength of its evidence.
03Quality
The work is assessed by how well it addresses the problem, how its decisions connect, and how well it fits the business’s circumstances.
The reasons behind recommendations, their alternatives and risks, and conflicts that may affect their validity are reviewed.
04Information Security
Business information is used for the purposes of the agreed work. The agreement and Privacy Notice define the limits on its use, access and retention.
A client’s data is not passed to another client, and their information is not published without their permission.
05Commitment to Timing
The timing of each stage is set according to the project’s scope and requirements, with clarification of what depends on completing information or on the client’s participation.
If a deadline is affected, we explain the reason and its impact on the schedule, and agree on the change with the client.
06Practical Applicability
Recommendations are examined against the resources and authority available. Each proposed action has clear implementation requirements, an assigned responsibility and an indicator that can be referred to when evaluating implementation.
07Clarity and Completeness of Delivery
The delivery is reviewed to check conformity with the agreed scope, clarity of instructions and file integrity.
Anything that needs completion or verification remains visible, together with what is required to resolve it.
08Review and Approval
Three agents review the work, alongside specialist human review during the preparation stages.
No output is delivered until the founder has reviewed and approved it for delivery at its respective stage.
