Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

DUJEXA provides digital consulting services. There are no physical products or shipping fees. The outputs of each stage are made available in the client workspace once that stage is complete and its delivery conditions and the payment due for it are satisfied under the project agreement.

A schedule for the agreed scope

Delivery timing and milestones are stated in each project’s agreement before approval and payment. Necessary changes to timing or scope are explained to the client and recorded in a written agreement. There is no single delivery period for every engagement.

Access difficulties

If you cannot access an output released to you, contact us with the project name and a description so we can review access and delivery.
